Jennie Lane

Dietitian

About

Over Jennie’s many years of practice she has developed a special interest in eating behaviour and assisting clients to develop a healthier relationship with food and feel more comfortable in their bodies. Utilising mindfulness and non-dieting approaches during coaching sessions, clients learn to be free from food rules, to trust their intuition and become the healthiest version of themselves. Putting food back in perspective and not as something to be feared, allows us to live a healthy balanced and more meaningful life. After more than 20 years working on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, I am working a hybrid format which includes one week at my new clinic address, Suite 229, 117 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100 alternating with three weeks via telehealth.
