About

I offer evidence-based therapy for older adolescents and adults who are experiencing an unhelpful relationship with food, eating and their body. Therapy can be delivered in person or via telehealth. I provide treatment for a range of eating disorder diagnoses and associated challenges. I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Enhanced, Cognitive Interpersonal Therapy (MANTRA), and also draw on other techniques such as DBT, mindfulness and metacognitive therapy.
