Moving Minds OT is a sole provider service run by myself.

I am a Occupational Therapist with over 10 years’ experience working in specialist eating disorder and mental health settings. I am credentialed in eating disorder practice and Mental Health Endorsed for Medicare. 

During my career I’ve worked in inpatient and community based settings, with young people and adults experiencing eating disorders and other mental health diagnosis.

As an OT, my practice focuses on the functional and psychosocial impacts of eating disorders, including disrupted routines, daily living skills, emotional regulation, participation in meaningful activities, identity and role recovery. Specific therapy approaches I utilise regularly include: SSCM, CBT-E, CBT- gsh, CBT, Sensory Modulation, TBT-S, Motivational Interviewng & Functional Skill Development.

My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. I work closely with the person and their family; alongside the treating team, including allied, medical and support professionals. 

Currently I continue to work in the public and private community service sectors, with both young people and adults.
