I am a Clinical Psychologist with an interest in supporting individuals with eating disorders and related body image difficulties. I provide tailored interventions and work with individuals to develop a collaborative understanding and goals for therapy. I practice from the perspective the disordered eating is often one way that individuals have come to understand themselves and survive in their world. As such, I work from a trauma-informed lens. As therapy for eating disorders, I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – Enhanced (CBT-E) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
