Jacinta Sherlock

I have a lived experience of healing from my eating disorder that occurred during my adolescent period and during my 20's. My own lived and professional training drives my passion for trauma informed dietetic support. One of the biggest things that has supported me in my healing process is understanding the language of my nervous system and being able to be real about the challenges that exist with navigating this human experience. My approach is to meet you where you're at and to support you in a way that is meaningful for you. There is no preset agenda, unless this is helpful for us to develop together. It's about understanding you, what you would like to be different in your life and sharing with you information, skills, knowledge that can support you in making the changes you want to make. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach, and I listen with curiosity to understand you and your story.
