I am a trauma-informed Nutrition and Dietetic practitioner. I have a strong social justice foundation to my practice, which means a steadfast commitment to access and fair and equitable pricing. I offer a sliding scale if anyone is not eligible under the EPC or EDMP and would like to access Dietetic support. My interest is in mental health and eating behavior. I have worked across a variety of youth, adult, and forensic mental health settings. My main focus is on helping you understand the context in which your eating patterns and food beliefs have evolved, how they are being reinforced and maintained, the function of food and eating, and then tailoring psychoeducation and capacity-building interventions accordingly. This is underpinned by the Nutrition Care Process, RAVES model, ACT, and mindfulness to support long term eating behaviour change.
