I am a warm, friendly dietitian working in private practice (in-person and online) and offer non-judgemental help for people with disordered eating and weight and/or body shape concern by supporting your desired healthy behaviours. Having previously struggled with disordered eating and my relationship with food, I am grateful to be able to support others through a managing concerns that can otherwise feel overwhelming and intimidating.
