Helen Robertson

Helen is a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist committed to working in a collaborative and empathic manner. Helen has extensive experience in public mental health settings and is confident working with people with chronic mental health issues, complex trauma and personality disorders. Helen is passionate about working with individuals with body image and eating difficulties and works from a compassionate and non-diet focused approach to address weight-related issues. Helen has extensive experience facilitating Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group programs and individual DBT therapy. Helen has also run a number of mindfulness groups. Helen is a full member of the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST) and a full member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association.
