Heather is an accredited mental health social worker with over ten years' experience working with young people, adults and families. Heather provides individual psychotherapy via motivational interviewing, specialist supportive clinical management, ACT, compassion focused therapy, narrative therapy. Heather also provides family support via single session family consultant. Alongside with specialising in eating disorders, Heather also supports individuals experiencing a range of psychological concerns such as life transitions, worry and uncertainty, anxiety, body image, depression, trauma, shame and negative mindsets among others. Heather is also trained to provide clinical supervision; Heather is passionate about supporting allied health professionals on their own professional journe
