I have over 10 years experience within psychology area including working in private practices and companies, government departments/programs and not for profit organizations. I have been exposed to a variety of presentations from complex clients with mental health diagnoses and traumas to corporate leadership coaching to couples' relationship therapies. I am trained in the provision of many therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of my clients. I take a client-centred approach and believe in the benefits of open and honest communication. I aim to create a non-judgmental environment for my clients to empower them to resolve their issues and life dilemmas, and achieve personal growth.
