My therapeutic approach is that I am a size-inclusive, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, credentialed eating disorder clinician and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I use Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Self-Compassion, and Motivational Interviewing approaches. In addition, I utilise the QuEDS RAVES model of dietetic care for clients diagnosed with an eating disorder. Finally, I supervise colleagues and provide guest lectures at the local university.
