Georgia is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with experience supporting athletes across the VFL, VFLW, and High Performance Sport New Zealand. She works with both everyday and elite athletes across a wide range of sports and activity levels, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to support injury prevention, recovery, and performance.
Georgia also supports clients across women’s health, gut health, and general nutrition, with particular interest in eating disorder and disordered eating management, body image, and sustainable behaviour change. Her approach is evidence-based, practical, and individualised, focusing on strategies that are realistic, clear, and effective long term.
As a former national athlete, Georgia understands the demands of training and competition, and the role nutrition plays in both performance and wellbeing. She holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and Nutrition from Auckland University of Technology and a Master of Dietetics from Swinburne University of Technology.
Outside the clinic, Georgia enjoys running, Pilates, and spending time outdoors.
