I am a Mental Health Occupational Therapist (MHOT) with passion and experience in working with young people in their teens and twenties. As a MHOT I provide psychological and practical interventions that focus on supporting young people do the activities that are meaningful to them, which mental health challenges such an an Eating Disorder may be getting in the way of.
