Positive Wellbeing Psychology is a warm and professional Melbourne-based private practice. We offer psychological support for adults, children, adolescents and their families. Our psychologists are experienced in evidence-based practices for a full range of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, stress, burn-out, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, poor body image, low self-esteem and sleeping difficulties.
