I have over 15 yrs experience working with people with an ED, plus I've a history of Bulimia Nervosa, so I understand the day to day battle with food that people with an ED are going through. I give easy to implement strategies to help those who are willing to change, utilising my further qualifications in: CBT, ACT, Satter Eating Competence Model, Health At Every Size and the Non-Dieting Approach. I work with clients to restore a Joy for Eating. I'm also available to come to your school to run evidence-based programs to diffuse body image distortions and disordered eating in young kids and teens.
