Elisha Silcox

Exercise Physiologist

About

Being passionate about Women's Health, I provide exercise physiology services to women in my local community to assist in managing a variety of aspects of health. I work closely with your team of physicians and allied health to ensure that the exercise prescription is best for you. I assess movement, current exercise levels and consider your goals to prescribe the most effective program. I see some clients weekly for exercise therapy and others every few weeks for a check in and progress update on a home program.
