Having trained initially in a Bachelor of Nutritional Therapy, Darcy focuses on bringing a safe space to talk about all things food and bodies. She has a warm and welcoming approach, with a deep passion for supporting her clients to achieve a positive relationship with food and untangle what health and nutrition means for different people. Darcy truly believes you are the expert of your own body, and nutrition is much more than calories and macros. Darcy is experienced in managing a range of chronic and complex health conditions. Her focus is on sustainable practical change, taking into account all facets of health. She believes in always seeing the person behind the diagnosis and is passionate about providing approachable, client-centred & non-judgemental care, focusing on nutritional therapy through a non-diet and HAES lens.
