I work to provide a consistent, engaged, and genuine therapy that has your back. My approach is warm and compassionate and I will mindfully explore your experience, goals, and needs. As part of my practice I work to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your experiences based on the context in which we live. Whether it be anxiety, depression, or a particular pattern you are struggling with, I can help. In particular, I have a passion for assisting people to connect emotionally and make sense of trauma, attachment, and relational patterns. Your therapy is a process that explores inner experience and is grounded in evidence-based treatment models. The aim being to help you change and live a better life. Overall, I like the rich texts and ideas of psychodynamic therapies alongside the practicality and structure of cognitive-behavioural therapy. As we move along I might offer ideas and strategies to use and link together patterns and themes. Often as people reflect on and process layers of experience they are naturally able to reorganize their beliefs. Each person is different, but ultimately I aim to assist you to connect and tap in to pathways to achieve growth and transformation.
