I am a clinical psychologist offering online therapy (via video or phone)across Australia, as I believe support should be accessible for everyone, when they need it. I have completed additional training in CBT-E and work with both individuals over 16 and family/carers where necessary. I've also completed training in the space of attachment (having facilitated circle of security groups) and understand the relational nature that can be a part of many eating disorder presentations. My approach is warm and non-judgemental, with a focus on connection and understanding over diagnosis or pathologising. With both personal and professional experience in the space of eating disorders and body image concerns, I know healing is possible and look forward to uncovering the path to freedom for each individual person. My fees are set on a sliding scale and I offer a free 15 minute chat to ensure that I am the right fit for the client before they book an initial session.
