About

Having worked for many years in a large hospital ED clinic, I now focus on helping people out of hospital. Treatment that I offer is a blend of what is safe and what is likely to be effective for each different person, depending on what type of ED you have, your age and other factors. I draw on my training in family therapy, CBT and related modes of psychological therapies. I believe that everyone can recover - they just need help removing the obstacles that always make the process hard (but not impossible). That is what recovery-oriented therapy is all about; altering understandable obstacles to change and personal growth.
