Charlotte is a warm, sensitive and thoughtful therapist who prioritises building a genuine relationship with her clients. Charlotte brings genuine curiosity and deep respect to the therapy process, and feels privileged to walk alongside individuals as they explore and make sense of their life experiences and ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to others.
Charlotte enjoys working with individuals as they navigate a range of struggles, though she has a particular interest in working with eating disorders. Charlotte values working flexibly to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her therapy is grounded in a relational approach, drawing heavily on trauma-informed and attachment-based principles. She integrates her training in Systemic Family Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in her work. Charlotte’s approach extends beyond symptom management, focusing on understanding current difficulties in the context of early childhood experiences and attachment style.
Charlotte has worked across a range of services including public, private, university, and charity settings. She has worked for an eating disorder service in London, and currently works for a NSW Health eating disorder service alongside her private practice work at My Space.
