About

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a particular interest in integrating mindfulness and self-compassion skills drawn from Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) with other evidence-based eating disorder interventions (e.g. CBT-E), to support clients to not only overcome their eating and/or body-image concerns but to also learn how to relate to themselves with greater kindness, understanding, and balanced mindful awareness - especially during difficult moments in their lives. My treatment of eating and/or body image concerns is underpinned by principles of trauma-informed and weight-inclusive care, Health at Every Size®, and the Non Diet Approach.
