Dietitian
I love helping people explore their relationship with food, understand the function of their eating patterns and, when the time is right, make changes that align with the person's individual values. My work is firmly grounded in the Health at Every Size framework/Non-diet approach to dietetics and is evidence based, wholistic, collaborative, neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed. I have experience in providing nutritional interventions for a wide range of eating disorder presentations across many healthcare settings, including specialised eating disorder outpatient clinics, day programs and inpatient facilities, as well as my current private practice where I have the privilege of working alongside my experienced Clinical Psychologist colleagues. To extend my practice, I have undertaken additional training in eating disorder specific therapies such as enhanced cognitive behaviour therapy and schema therapy for eating disorders in addition to up-skilling in the area of neurodivergence and how this impacts the way we relate to food.
