Butterfly Foundation Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Community Clinic Or Program

IOP is a thrice weekly group therapy and meal support program for individuals with a diagnosis of an eating disorder or who experience disordered eating. The IOP works to enhance an individuals ability to recovery through support to develop skills, identfy underlying psychological processes, and improve social and relationship dynamics. Sessions include cooking and eating meals at home and in various social settings. The program also encoporates family sessions designed to provide support and education to carers and loved ones of participants.

Ages treated

  • Adults (18 years and over)
  • Youth (14 - 24 years of age)
