Community Clinic or Program
Emerging is an eight-week program that encourages and helps you to re-engage with your healthy self. It looks at positive thinking and feelings about your body and food, provides new inspiration towards wellness and gives you renewed hope for recovery. It includes topics such as: The stages of change Intuitive eating Relaxation and self-care Body image Boundaries All sessions are safe, supportive, practical and recovery-focused. Each week in the program, participants will build upon skills developed in prior weeks, creating a strong foundation of internal resources which can be called on at need. This program runs several times throughout the year and Butterfly will notify when the next workshop is planned.
