Brigid has been an Accredited Practising Dietitian for over 20 years. She has been working in private practice in Kiama since 2017 helping clients over 16 years old struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns. She works from a size inclusive approach and has experience working with gender diverse individuals and people with PCOS.
