About

Depending on your needs, I can offer a number of different evidence based therapies, such as Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management. If you are not sure what you need right now, that's okay. Together we will find a path forward. For those that have already begun your recovery journey, our work could involve continued growth in other areas of your wellbeing. As I practice in the area of eating disorders you can feel reassured that if you ever then need support in maintaining a healthy mindset around eating and body image you have a space where this need can be met. I am credentialed by the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders and complete professional development each year in order to provide best care to those that I work with. Should you wish to learn more about my practice and how we might work together, feel free to reach out via our website.
