Luma: Body Esteem Program

Community Clinic Or Program

The Body Esteem Program offers support for people of all genders who are impacted by eating disorders, including those in a caring, supportive role. There are two 20-week groups: one for Anorexia/Bulimia Nervosa; and one for Binge Eating Disorder. There is an 8-week Youth Program for 16–20-year-olds; an Online Program for those who are unable to attend in person, or prefer to work independently on their recovery; and several options to support Parents, Partners, and other Carers. Participants do not require a diagnosis to access the program. All groups are facilitated by peer workers who have recovered from an eating disorder, or cared for someone with an eating disorder. Luma also has a dietician at the Northbridge site who is Eating Disorder experienced. For all enquiries, please contact Luma via email or phone. Alternatively browse the website for more information.
