I’m a Dietitian (APD) and an Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC). I'm passionate and curious about the relationship between food, our mental health and what is happening and have happened to us. I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking recovery and freedom from their eating disorder. I love working with clients to help them understand what's actually driving their food habits, food rules, binge eating episodes, and conditional body image relationship. I support clients to step out of the comfort zone with care, because this is where recovery starts to happen.
