Ariana Elias is the clinical director at Tikvah Clinic. Ariana provides patients and their families supportive, holistic, individualised and innovative treatments. Ariana works with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT, CBT-E), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM), Family Based Treatment (FBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). As well, Ariana has completed training and is able to offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in her private practice and other novel therapies for difficult to treat eating disorders at Evolution Medicine Enhanced Therapy.
