Anna Henry

Anna is a registered counsellor and psychotherapist, providing treatment for disordered eating, eating disorders and body image concerns. As a Health at Every Size (HAES) practitioner, Anna offers a non-dieting and weight-neutral approach to health and wellbeing. Anna holds multiple postgraduate counselling qualifications, and uses a person-centred and evidence-based framework, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotion Focused Therapy.
