I am a Clinical Psychologist in Sydney CBD. I support people wanting to improve their relationship with their body and eating, using cognitive behavioural and family-based therapy approaches including dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).
I have over 5 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing eating difficulties and within eating disorder programs. I also completed my PhD in the area of eating disorder prevention, with a focus on understanding positive body image in teens and young adults.
I value authenticity and creating a safe and supportive environment to help people make positive change. I see it as important to balance challenge and effort with fun and ease, and bring this approach to my therapy. If this sounds like a good fit for you, please get in touch!
