I work to empower my clients with evidenced based nutrition principles and evoke motivation and behaviour change to support wellbeing. I have a strong weight-neutral approach to dietetics, whereby I believe that health can be achieved at any weight or body shape. This position facilitates my clients to improve their relationship with food and feel comfortable in their own skin. Typical sessions involve providing nutritional psychoeducation to clients and creating practical eating-behaviour strategic plans based on their current capacity. I help client’s develop skills like mindful eating, meal planning, learning fact from fad about food. I love to collaborate with other health professionals to ensure clients have the most appropriate support. I create a safe space for persons of all walks of life.
