Adelle practices with a weight-neutral, non-diet approach where she is passionate about supporting those developing a healthy relationship with food and their body. She is empathetic, compassionate and her priority is fostering an inclusive space for her clients to discuss their current concerns and lived experience. She believes nutrition isn't black and white, and food is an individual experience, therefore her aim is to build client confidence and autonomy with practical nutrition advice. Being neurodivergent herself, she is especially interested in supporting clients of the same neurotype.
Adelle brings a judgement-free, open-mind to all sessions and focuses on health behaviours with clients to improve health outcomes and chronic health conditions. She also undertakes regular supervision and self-reflection to ensure she is providing high-quality care.
