The InsideOut Institute (IOI) is Australia's national institute for research, translation and clinical excellence in eating disorders. IOI is a partnership between Sydney Local Health District and the University of Sydney and is comprised of expert researchers, clinicians and public policy makers committed to ensuring every person with an eating disorder has access to the best possible care.

What is the eClinic?

The InsideOut eClinic is a digital therapeutic platform offering free, proven and effective treatment programs for:

• People experiencing eating disorder symptoms

• Clinicians treating eating disorders or disordered eating

• Carers and support people

All our programs and tools have been developed and evaluated by a team of experts at IOI, including specialist eating disorder researchers and clinicians, and people with lived experience.
