Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District

The Eating Disorder Coordinator in your local health district provides clinical consultation and support to health professionals and teams treating people with eating disorders. This service is only available for health professionals.

Shannon Drayton-Taylor is the local eating disorder coordinator for the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD).

Shannon is the acting local Eating Disorder coordinator for the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD), a role shared with Claire Marnane. Shannon is a Registered Nurse who has a passion for early, equitable access to culturally safe care. Shannon has experience working within mental health and eating disorders, particularly with children, young people and their families. She has worked across a range of rural, remote and metropolitan settings. Shannon is keen to be working with the Local Health District towards ensuring early identification of eating disorders.
