The Eating Disorder Coordinator in your local health district provides clinical consultation and support to health professionals and teams treating people with eating disorders. This service is only available for health professionals.
Jessica Bailes is the local eating disorder coordinator for the St Vincent’s Hospital Network (SVHN).
Jess is a dietitian who has worked with consumers experiencing eating disorders in inpatient public and private hospitals, day program, and outpatient settings, as well as in service development and consultation. She works as the Eating Disorder Coordinator at St Vincent's full time. She is passionate about trauma-informed and eating disorder-safe care being integrated into all parts of the healthcare system, supporting clinicians to navigate pathways, and striving towards continuous improvement to enable cutting-edge evidence-based practice.
