Eating Disorder Coordinator

Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District

The Eating Disorder Coordinator in your local health district provides clinical consultation and support to health professionals and teams treating people with eating disorders. This service is only available for health professionals.

Vanessa is a clinical dietitian who has extensive experience in working with people with eating disorders in the community setting. In this role she developed an understanding of the importance of people with eating disorders having access to quality treatment and of the difficulties they can experience in accessing treatment. Vanessa has worked in the role of eating disorder coordinator for a number of years and played an integral role in improving access and quality of treatment available to people living in Illawarra Shoalhaven health district.
