Rachel Farrell

Rachel is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC) with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Griffith University, Gold Coast. Rachel provides a warm, non-judgemental and empathetic style to her practice and aims to provide an inclusive environment for all bodies and abilities. She is passionate about helping clients enhance their relationship with food and body and ensures each client receives personalised, neuro-affirming and holistic nutrition therapy that suits their individual lifestyle.

Rachel’s practice is underpinned by a Non-Diet Approach® and Health at Every Size® (HAES) principles and applies sustainable evidenced-based therapies such as Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating and Medical Nutrition Therapy to help clients move towards their goals.
