Pikria Meladze

Pikria is a Registered Psychologist specialising in the treatment of eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and issues associated with compulsive exercise at Shape Your Mind in Sydney’s CBD. Pikria has experience working with adults and adolescents in hospital and outpatient settings. She has previously worked at Butterfly - Foundation for Eating Disorders and at Northside Eating Disorders Inpatient Unit. Her qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Psychology and Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor of Science with double major in physiology and psychology from the University of Auckland. Pikria uses an integrated style in her therapy sessions drawing from evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Schema Therapy.
