Nourish Nurture Blossom specialises in providing treatment and support of adolescents and adults facing difficulties with eating disorders or disordered eating. Offering evidence based practice treatment, which above all, values compassion and respect. Catherine has a post graduate degree in both dietetics and exercise rehabilitation and having worked treating eating disorder clients for the last 10 years, is trained in CBT-E, DBT, ACT, FBT and MI as well as having strong skills in meal support therapy. Catherine is passionate about helping you to rediscover the pleasure of eating, and how to nurture a healthy relationship with food and your body.
