I am a qualified clinical counsellor and psychotherapist with over 10 years working with adults, children and families in the Blue Mountains, NSW. I have a warm, open and patient approach — and some very broad shoulders My practice has a focus of working with people in the LGBTQIA+ community, people living with disabilities and people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I have supported several people through the gender transition process, relationship struggles, the impacts of discrimination and gender identity. I specialise in supporting adults and children experiencing anxiety, depression and stress, pregnancy and parenting issues, and supporting people who have experience trauma. I have an eclectic approach to counselling and psychotherapy, and tailor the work to suit each client. I am an art and expressive therapist, and also draw from narrative, ACT, trauma-informed, solution-focused and CBT approaches.
