Melissa O'Loughlan is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and works with adults in supporting them to work towards a more peaceful relationship with food and their body.
She provides online nutrition care (telehealth/video appointments) to people who may be experiencing Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder (OSFED)and ARFID.
Melissa also works with people who are looking for support with chronic dieting, as well as nutrition related health conditions, nutrition and neurodivergence, and nutrition impacts of mental health conditions.
Melissa takes time and care to understand each client's individual food or body image experiences, and to partner with them in working towards recovery as a team. She is weight inclusive, trauma informed, gender affirming and neuro-affirming.
Having lived and worked rurally/regionally for most of her life, Melissa also has a particular interest and passion for supporting people living outside the city via online appointments.
