Lisa Bloom

Psychologist

About

Lisa Bloom is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who helps individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image issues, and their relationship to food. Lisa works with clients who are ready to overcome their inner critic and the habits that keep them stuck.

Lisa explores how past traumas, and negative experiences show up in the challenges people face today, and then works with them to help heal from these past hurts so that they can develop new patterns in life and relationships, learn how to meet their own needs, and move towards a more fulfilled life.

Lisa tailors her sessions to the individual and works with a number of modalities including Schema Therapy and a range of evidence-based treatments for Eating Disorders. Lisa aligns with the Health at Every Size (HAES) approach and practices within a weight inclusive framework.

Lisa welcomes you to book online today.
