About

I love supporting individuals navigating the complexities of movement during Eating Disorder Recovery. My primary goal is to help you find a level of movement that is safe, enjoyable, and supportive of your recovery.

As a queer, neurodiverse individual, I strive to create an affirming space for LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse people. As a size-inclusive practitioner, I am passionate about working with individuals of all sizes, particularly supporting those in larger bodies navigating the challenges of eating disorders amidst anti-fat bias.

I offer consultations in person in Sydney and nationally via telehealth through my private practice, 'Your Movement Space.'
