At Life Shift therapy we provide evidenced based Psychotherapy for children, adolescents, individuals and families.We support clients through integrative psychotherapy practices that are person centred. We address a diverse range of physical, social,emotional and psychological challenges including Eating Disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma and life challenges across the life course, including relationship dynamics, family separation, access to services, school and education liaison and family therapy. Our principle therapist has extensive training in working with people in human services across many disciplines including Mental health, addiction, disabilities, family violence and special needs for learning difficulties.
The principle therapist has academic awards for units covering children and families, certified in mediation and conflict resolution skills and training in Clinical treatment of Eating Disorders. The principle therapist also has lived experiences of Eating Disorders within the family context and as a consumer of inpatient and outpatient care.
Life Shift Therapy is a collaborative therapeutic space to journey into recovery and overcome challenges that individuals face.
