I am ANZAED Credentialed and trained in CBT-E and Schema Therapy for Eating Disorders. I am also trained in CBT, ACT, CBT-AR, and TF-CBT. I work with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, ARFID.
I am passionate about working with clients based on their individuality to create long lasting coping mechanisms that they can use for the rest of their lives. I apply a non judgemental and client-centred approach.
