Luma provides a community-based suite of programs designed to assist people of all ages and genders who are impacted by eating disorders. All our services are facilitated by people with a lived experience of having, or supporting someone with, an eating disorder. We offer face-to-face closed groups, online based programs, and individual support sessions. Our self-guided model of care allows individuals to set their own goals, take personal responsibility for learning and make changes at their own pace.
