Dr Salena Bhanji

Dr Salena Bhanji is a warm, authentic and highly experienced Counselling Psychologist who provides psychological therapy to older adolescents and adults. She works with all eating disorder and disordered eating presentations, but focuses mainly on Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED, Emotional Eating and Body Image issues. She also treats comorbid depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addictions and trauma. Salena's training is in a broad range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Schema Therapy (ST), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-focussed therapy (CFT) and will be providing EMDR from October 2020.
