Megan is a Clinical Psychologist with a focus on helping people with eating disorders, related issues such as body image difficulties, and comorbid conditions. She works with people of all ages, and tailors her interventions to the individual after establishing a collaborative understanding of the key issues and goals. For these issues, she offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) including CBT-Enhanced and CBT for Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Guided Self-Help, Specialist Supportive Clinical Management, and Family Based Treatment (FBT). She also has extensive training and experience in other evidence-based interventions including parent training interventions, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Compassion-focused strategies, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
